Spark Matchmaking is committed to providing quality matchmaking services called "introductions." During the service period, the Client will receive at least one introduction per month. If we do not meet the total number of introductions corresponding to your chosen service term, we will continue working with you at no additional charge until the minimum introduction number is fulfilled. There is no maximum number of introductions.
Spark Matchmaking introduces Members, individuals, or other Clients to the Client based on the sole judgment of Spark Matchmaking, which may take into account the general criteria and guidelines specified by its Clients. Spark Matchmaking makes no guarantees regarding the compatibility between the Client and any introduced individuals. It is at the Client's discretion to pursue a video date with the introduced individual.
The term "introduction" as used herein shall conclusively mean the presentation of information about someone new to the Client.
When you purchase a membership with us, you agree to pay the full membership fee for the duration of your contract. Your membership is for ______ months at a total cost of $______.
The membership term is continuous and cannot be paused or placed on hold. If the Client wishes to take a break from the matchmaking process, the membership period will still continue as per the original contract dates.
We do not provide refunds if you do not successfully match with another member during your membership period. By signing up for our service, you acknowledge that finding a compatible match depends on many factors outside of our control. We make no guarantees about the number of matches, dates, or relationships that may result from using our service.
Our matchmakers make every effort to introduce you to suitable matches based on the preferences in your profile. However, we cannot control the availability of matches in your area, how many potential matches respond to your messages, or whether you form a connection once introduced.
All sales are final and membership fees are non-refundable.
If you do not receive a 'like' and you do not 'like' anyone over the course of the term after a video date, you will receive an additional 2 weeks of service at no extra charge.
As a member of our matchmaking service, you agree to refrain from making any statements, whether online or offline, that negatively impact our reputation, business operations, or services. We welcome honest and constructive feedback to improve our services. If you have any concerns, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for personal attacks or abuse directed at our matchmaking team. This may result in immediate contract termination without refund.
